What Is 20:20:20?
20:20:20 classes get their name from the amount of time spent doing different types of training throughout each class. There are 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning and 20 minutes of abdominal exercises to make up the full one hour class. The result is a fun and lively full body workout that never gets boring with cardiovascular, strength and weight loss benefits. Don’t panic if you’re not able to pick everything up right away, this is a gym for real women!
