Classes – For Every Level

We have over 60 Classes every week in our Limerick gym. Most of our classes are available with a pay as you go option or our 10 Class Pass for €80. The best option is one of our memberships that include classes. We have a huge selection of classes from Les Mills BODYPUMP, Spinning, Kettlebells, Boxercise and many more. You will be guaranteed an effective workout.

Which class is for you? We cover the full range in our classes  from and have some of the best instructors around.

Our classes are categorised into 3 groups:

Beginner/Easy- We know what it’s like to begin a journey to fitness, especially if you’re new to fitness or coming back to fitness after a break or an injury. All our beginner or easy classes are just that- relaxed atmosphere where you can feel comfortable to go at YOUR pace. No one is judging you- you aren’t under pressure to go at 100 miles an hour. Do as much as you are comfortable doing and use the support and encouragement of the instructors to give it your all!

Intermediate- These classes are suitable once you’ve got your grove or if you have a good fitness level.  A beginner can do these classes once you are aware of your own limits. These classes are a great step up from beginner level and start to push you to the next level. Come on!

Advanced- These classes are suitable for women with a solid level of fitness. You will be pushed to your limit- which is what you want. These classes will give a massive calorie burn and really help to move your fitness levels forward. These classes are not ideal for beginners and could put you off your fitness journey if you are starting out.
