Aerobic exercises mixed with high intensity moves, targeting those specific problem areas. This is a great class for those who want to increase their stamina and get fit, or else to tone up those problem areas.
Our classes are suitable for all levels as they can be adapted by trainers to your level. However some classes may be more suited for beginner or advanced levels specifically.
