Who are you? What do you want?

We want to know about you. We have several different options to suit different people.

KICKSTART PLAN- We are proud to say that over 4000 people have completed our Kickstart Plan. It’s a great way to “kickstart” your fitness (The name says it all) and gives you support in both exercise and nutrition.

FIRST STEPS- Sometimes the first step into fitness is one of the hardest we can make. We’ve had so many clients tell us that it took three or more attempts to pluck up the courage just to come in and ask about joining! First Steps is an ideal programme if you are brand new to fitness and are intimidated, scared or just simply nervous. Looking from the outside in it can often seem that the whole exercise thing is really complicated. There are so many different things to know.

We designed this programme based on feedback from people like you- and it works. You will have your own assigned trainer who will show you how everything works and will design an exercise plan that works for you. After a few weeks you will actually wonder what all the fuss was about and you should be seeing the results of a healthy lifestyle with a new
