What Is Yoga?
If you have ever thought about starting yoga or were nervous to begin then this is the perfect opportunity to start. The class will be taken at a lower pace and our teachers are happy to answer any questions which you may have. All of our yoga classes can be done by beginners, however if you are looking to get a base knowledge in yoga, this class will be the best start! Through fluid movements and a heart rate increasing sequences you will tone your entire body. Push yourself each week to increase the amount of postures you can achieve and the length at which you can hold them.
Our classes are suitable for all levels as they can be adapted by trainers to your level. However some classes may be more suited for beginner or advanced levels specifically.
