This workout will engage your entire body. You will burn some serious calories while toning your full body! This workout incorporates running, lunging and intense strength exercises to give you the best workout. Suitable for beginners to advanced levels.
Our classes are suitable for all levels as they can be adapted by trainers to your level. However some classes may be more suited for beginner or advanced levels specifically.
