This involves having a nutrition consultation with one of our in-house nutritionists, here you will set out your fitness goals and create a food plan that you enjoy. You will then begin personal training sessions, where you will first have a consultation with one of our highly qualified personal trainers. Here, you will talk about your fitness goals and your trainer will create a plan to help you reach these goals.
