What Is Body Combat?

This class is the ultimate stress buster! This crazy energetic workout will give you that feel good feeling. Incorporating a mixture of karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Punch and kick your way through the workout in this calorie burning workout.

Our classes are suitable for all levels  as they can be adapted by trainers to your level.  However some classes may be more suited for beginner or advanced levels specifically.
