BodyPump classes involve medium to high intensity resistance training using a barbell for all of the different exercises. Each section of the class works out a different muscle so when you are starting to fade, a new muscle group starts to get worked out and your tired muscles have a chance to recuperate. It’s a fun way to workout and a great way get in shape.*
BodyPump classes can be intimidating when you are getting started. Our Begin To BodyPump class helps you turn the barbell from a foreign object to an extension of your body. Once you have gotten the hang of it and built up your confidence, we will encourage you to advance to our BodyPump class to start getting a bit more out of your workouts.
