What Can I Do Online?
Our online class schedule includes over 35 of your favourite classes.
Log in & join a class from anywhere in the world. You don’t need any fancy equipment to get your sweat on or start seeing and feeling the benefits!
All our classes are instructed by our highly qualified personal trainers and fitness instructors. The variety of online classes means there is something for everyone. From low impact classes like Yoga & Pilates to faster pace Fat Blast, HIIT and Zumba.
We now also offer Personal Training sessions via zoom. Sessions are 30 minutes long and are tailored to individuals goal. This can include weight loss, muscle gain or maintenance.
Our Personal Trainers have many years experience and have helped countless women achieve their goals.
Sessions can be completed with or without equipment, you would be surprised by what you can use at home for weights – trainers will advise you on best alternatives if you don’t have equipment but are looking for that extra push.
With more time at home, it can make planning healthy meals difficult. Our online nutrition provides you with a full week breakdown on what to eat from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between.
Nutrition plans can be tailored for weight loss, weight gain, muscle building or maintenance. Specific diets such as vegetarian and vegan are also catered to.
With online nutrition you will get a detailed video consult via zoom to run through your goals and food preferences. This will allow for our nutritionists to build your food plan. You will also have weekly check ins to stay accountable to your goals and ensure the plan is working for you.

So how does it all work…
How many classes can I book?
Once you have purchased the online unlimited weekly class pass, you can do as many classes as you like! There is no limit to the amount of classes you can do every week!
How do I view the classes?
All of our classes are done through Zoom. Simply download the zoom app and we will send you a link for the class 15 minutes previous to the class beginning.
Can I cancel the online unlimited weekly class pass?
Yes of course, you can cancel the subscription totally free of charge whenever you like.
Always check your junk email for online class links as sometimes they go here. Please make sure that the email on your womens fitness app account is correct as this is where you will receive the class links.
