Whether you’re at the start of your fitness journey or have been at it for years, attending a personal training session at Women’s Fitness will always push you to your limits and help you learn new things.

What is personal training?

Personal training is exercising with your very own coach. One of our fully qualified and insured personal trainers will guide you through your workout every session, demonstrating the exercise, showing you the correct techniques, selecting the right weight level for you and supporting you to push that little bit further each time making you stronger, feeling fitter and heading in the right direction.

What are the benefits of personal training?

Have you ever gone to the gym and just not had the motivation, and ended up feeling deflated on the way out? Working with one of our personal trainers at Womens Fitness Limerick will help you get the most out of your time. Your personal trainer will encourage you to do that little bit more and keep you focused for your session.

Doing personal training is like having your very own coach- they will get you the results faster, hold you accountable, motivate you to improve your fitness, your strength and get the most out of your gym session. There will always be days that you don’t feel like it. Your trainer is there to help you through these days, make sure that you get your session in and walk out feeling fantastic.

Who is personal training for? At Womens Fitness Limerick personal training is for everyone regardless of their age or fitness level. There are women of every age and fitness level doing personal training, either for a set period of time or on an ongoing regular basis. Often, beginning your fitness journey with personal training gets you off to a great start and one of our friendly personal trainers in Womens Fitness Limerick will do an initial assessment, make a plan for your progress and help you through each session.

Is it for me? If you want to lose weight, tone up, get fit or even just improve your confidence in the gym then personal training is for you.

Are there different types of personal training?

At Womens Fitness Limerick we do a few different types of personal training. Private sessions are just you and your trainer working together for either 30 or 60 minute sessions. You have access to all our gym equipment for your session. We also offer semi private personal training sessions, usually 30 minutes long where you and one other person work with the trainer at the same time. This is a great way to reduce the cost of personal training and have a bit more fun in a session.
