What Is Spinning?

This is a high intensity cardio workout that will definitely get your heart rate up!

It is a low impact exercise, so it is great if you have any issues with your knees or are looking to take a break from running. Each bike has a screen where you can keep track of your levels, rpm, watt, distance covered, calories burned so you can ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout.

Our classes are suitable for all levels  as they can be adapted by trainers to your level.  However some classes may be more suited for beginner or advanced levels specifically.
