What Is Tabata & Abs?
It is a type of HIIT training focused on getting amazing results in short amounts of time. Each exercise is broken down into 4 minute sections with intervals of high intensity movements. We incorporate ab movements into this class, to help you strengthen and tone your core.
Our classes are suitable for all levels as they can be adapted by trainers to your level. However some classes may be more suited for beginner or advanced levels specifically.
